Harry Kane

With Harry Kane struggling for goals, many were quick to jump in and label the striker ‘A one season wonder’. Despite lacking the goals though, Tottenham fans could see that their star man was putting in industrious performances and that he would eventually get back into his scoring groove.

Much to their delight, Kane finally produced in front of goal by scoring a fine hattrick in Tottenham Hotspur’s 5-1 victory over Bournemouth.

While Kane probably will have to thank Bournemouth goalkeeper Artur Boruc for gifting him a couple of goals, the striker still had to put the ball into the back of the net and he did so ruthlessly.

Kane would have certainly received a huge confidence boost and now the 22-year old will be hopeful of continuing in such vein for the rest of the season.

Moussa Dembele

Moussa Dembele has proven himself to be one of the most skillful midfield players in the Premier League but many are frustrated by the fact that the Belgian does not do his talent justice by not scoring enough goals.

Nonetheless, Dembele has seemingly returned to form this season and following on from his man of the match performance against Liverpool, the 28-year old produced a stunning display in the 5-1 victory over Bournemouth.

Dembele was a constant thorn to the Bournemouth backline throughout the game whenever on the ball and he arguably scored the most important goal of the game in the first half with a neat finish.

Christian Eriksen

Tottenham star Christian Eriksen was not among the goals this weekend against Bournemouth but he most certainly pulled the strings for Spurs once again with another fine midfield display.

Playing in a slightly wide position, Eriksen’s distribution was impeccable as always and it was his two brilliant passes which allowed Kane to score his first two goals of the game.
