Strongest Tottenham Hotspur Lineup vs Bournemouth: Dembele to start in an advanced position
Tottenham Hotspur have gone winless in their last four matches and they have to get back to winning ways sooner rather than later in order to avoid allowing the teams above them to drift away in the race for a Champions League spot.
Now Spurs prepare for an encounter against Bournemouth this weekend and although winnable, the clash will be anything but easy for the North London side away from home.
The Strongest Possible Lineup for Tottenham Hotspur against Bournemouth –
Formation – 4-2-3-1
Hugo Lloris has been in fine form so far this season and it will be a huge shock if the Frenchman does not retain his place in goal against Bournemouth.
Danny Rose was selected ahead of Ben Davies in the clash against Liverpool last time out and with the latter having played in the Europa League clash against Anderlecht, the Englishman is set to continue in the starting lineup.
Jan Vertonghen, Tobey Alderweireld and Kyle Walker have been solid in recent times and the trio will most likely be starting once again.
Eric Dier is available once again for selection after serving his one match ban and he should make an instant return to the heart of the Tottenham midfield alongside Dele Alli.
With Nacer Chadli out injured, there is a possibility that the impressive Moussa Dembele could be pushed into a more advanced role in midfield. Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela will in all likelihood keep their place in the lineup as well.
Heung Min Son and Alex Pritchard are struggling with injuries and will not be featuring during the clash.
Harry Kane has been enduring a terrible run of form in front of goal but with manager Mauricio Pochettino having very few options to choose from, the England international will once again be leading the line for Spurs.
Probable Lineup (4-3-3): Lloris; Rose, Vertonghen, Alderweireld, Walker; Alli, Dier, Lamela, Eriksen, Dembele; Kane
